When you join the movement, we ask for a name, email address, and participation role. Story submissions may include information you choose to provide. Please do not submit child names, dates of birth, medical information, school records, financial account information, or other sensitive data.

We use submitted information to provide project updates, understand youth sports affordability concerns, respond to inquiries, secure the service, and improve the public experience. We do not sell child or family personal information.

Limited information may be processed by providers that host, secure, or deliver the service. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.

You may unsubscribe from updates at any time. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, use the contact page and select “Privacy request.” Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

The public introduction site is directed to parents, guardians, coaches, organizations, businesses, sponsors, and supporters—not to children. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children through these public forms.
